1. Overview
NumVed is a digital service platform. Our products — numerology readings, AI coaching sessions, PDF reports, and compatibility analyses — are delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon access. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for each service tier.
2. Seeker Plan (Free)
The Seeker plan is free of charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund applies. You may delete your account at any time through your privacy settings.
3. Spark Plan (₹49 One-Time Purchase)
The Spark plan is a one-time purchase for a downloadable Vedic Numerology Report PDF. Since the PDF is generated and delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not available once the report has been downloaded or accessed.
However, a full refund will be issued if:
- The PDF report failed to generate due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged but did not receive the download link
- There is a duplicate charge for the same reading
Refund requests for the Spark plan must be made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Sadhak Plan (₹199/month or ₹1,990/year)
Cancellation
You may cancel your Sadhak subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Sadhak features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Seeker (free) tier.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: A pro-rata refund may be issued if you cancel within the first 48 hours of a billing cycle and have not used AI coaching during that cycle.
Annual subscriptions: A pro-rata refund for unused full months may be issued if you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription. After 14 days, no refund is available, but you retain access until the end of the annual period.
5. Gyani Plan (₹499/month or ₹4,990/year)
The same cancellation and refund terms as the Sadhak plan apply to the Gyani plan.
6. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You have consumed AI coaching messages or downloaded PDF reports during the billing period
- You are dissatisfied with the content of a numerology reading (readings are based on established Vedic numerology principles and your input data)
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms & Conditions
- The refund request is made beyond the applicable timeframe stated above
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@numved.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- The plan or product purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@numved.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving payment issues promptly and fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
