2. Nature of the Service
NumVed provides Vedic numerology-based life coaching insights powered by artificial intelligence. The platform calculates numerological profiles based on your birth name and date of birth, and offers personalised coaching through an AI coach named Veda.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NumVed. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use NumVed under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Service Plans & Pricing
NumVed offers the following plans:
- Seeker (Free) — Full numerology reading on screen, Sacred Harmony compatibility analysis, limited AI coaching messages per month.
- Spark (₹49 one-time) — Downloadable Vedic Numerology Report PDF for a single reading.
- Sadhak (₹199/month or ₹1,990/year) — Unlimited AI coaching with Veda, vocation and career insights, session history, and unlimited PDF downloads.
- Gyani (₹499/month or ₹4,990/year) — Everything in Sadhak plus compatibility reports, name correction wizard, and transit timeline features.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective gateway. For details on refunds and cancellations, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use NumVed for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the numerology knowledge base content
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or the AI coaching system
8. Intellectual Property
All content on NumVed — including the numerology knowledge base, AI coaching methodology, design, branding, text, and software — is the intellectual property of NumVed and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Your numerology reading data and personal information remain yours, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. AI Coaching Disclaimer
Veda, NumVed's AI coach, provides insights based on Vedic numerology principles encoded in our knowledge base. Veda is not a licensed counsellor, therapist, financial advisor, or medical professional. The coaching provided is for personal growth and self-reflection only.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional helpline immediately. NumVed's crisis detection system will provide relevant helpline information if distress is detected, but this is not a substitute for professional intervention.
10. Name Correction Disclaimer
Any name correction suggestions provided by NumVed are based on Vedic numerology principles. If you choose to act on a name correction, you are solely responsible for the legal process of updating your name on official documents including Aadhaar, PAN, bank accounts, and other records. NumVed does not provide legal services for name changes.
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. These rights can be exercised through your account privacy settings at /account/privacy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumVed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of NumVed shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of NumVed after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
